Isn't Bargnani's contract freaking horrible??? How the hell are the Raptors getting anything in return??
They could keep Bargnani for cheap. Trade Stoudemire to the Bobcats for two 2nd round picks. That would save them $20M.
They are getting the better player in the deal...but that's not saying a lot. The trade doesn't make a lot of sense to me

The Knicks are a team where players go to die I guess. It's starting to become a graveyard for players. Camby was useful, now he's just another contract. Amare used to be all-star forward and now he's just another bad contract. It's a long list of players now....Francis, Marbury, Curry, McGrady...and now it almost feels like Carmelo is trending downward. Wouldn't be surprised if Camby retired. Problem with Bargnani is he doesn't even like basketball, so I don't see this working out well for them.
Why would Bobcats strengthen their team with an injury-prone guy that gives you offense and nothing else? Bobcats would be wise to tank the **** out of this season to have a shot at Wiggins, Parker, Randle, etc.

Sports. The Knicks will send their 2016 first-round pick to the Raptors, and a package that includes Marcus Camby and Steve Novak, league sources said. The Knicks will also send two future second-round picks to Toronto, sources said.
Amazing that the Knicks still have any picks to send away. Who's going to play more game next season, Bargnani or STAT?
bad for both teams. i wouldn't give up 3 picks for bargs while paying him 10M. i also wouldn't move him for lesser crap who is owed the same money for more years just to get a couple of low picks that i could buy on draft night.
