Does anyone think it's a coincidence that cyberx leaked that Howard is seriously contemplating firing Fegan the same day that this Broussard/Dallas crap comes out? This has Fegan-leak all over it, and Howard is apparently pissed about his agent...

    Just something to think about.

Dallas won't win sheet by adding Howard. Houston has the opportunity to be one of the top teams in the NBA for years to come by adding him. The Dallas roster is a hodgepoge of aging misfits.

They want their fan to actually think they have a chance so they'll keep giving them hits on their page. Nothing more. Mavs will either be bad or mediocre again.

    Hmmmm.....

If he does end up firing his agent, crow doesn't taste too bad.

But for Fegan to hate Houston so much, why did he sign Parsons?

Because he knows Parsons is due to GET PAID in a few years. Fegan is in it for the $$.

    Did he?

Do you know how hilarious it would be for him to fire his agent right before signing?

although didn't Justin smith (nfl) do that to keep the agent's cut?

I think this is more of Howard not wanting to play with Kobe then Harden (if it's true at all).

But wait, didn't Howard try to get Monta Ellis on the Magic when he was available?

Exactly. Won't kill the rockets in not signing Howard. He's fickle big time and I still find it hard to believe that he leaves one of the all time great franchises in the Los Angeles Lakers and especially Hollywood. No matter all the rumors and spin doctoring thats currently going on, you have to still believe the Lakers are the front runners in signing him.

Something tells me if we don't get Dwight, we'll attempt to acquire Pau Gasol. Which should be easy. T-Rob, AB, Future 1st rounder for Pau. That or we'll go after Smith or Millsap. ANY of those 3 I am okay with. Pau is heavily underrated. Smith would fit in our transition game really well. Millsap would be a great post presence. If we get Dwight, we have the best center in the game on our team. If we don't that's fine. MOREYBALL FTW!

Don't buy into it. Broussard is a tool. Doing it for ratings.

Just like what's on my sig. ;) By the way, i don't think we'd have to give up a first round pick to the Lakers for a Pau rental since we're also saving them Millions in luxury tax by acquiring him.

Give up Harden to sign Dwight? Worth it?

Can you re-post this? I missed it. But I called for it a long time ago. Fegan is the man solely responsible for Dwight not getting to the Nets. And he's the biggest obstacle to Dwight coming to the Rockets.

I'm pro-Dwight, but this guy isn't a winner. He wants people to change for him instead of adapting to what is best for winning if this is true.

We'll be better of if he doesn't sign.

True! I'd love Pau on this team! We could resign him to a 3 yr deal. Pay him about $10.5M depending on how healthy he stays.
