Rondo is a great player with championship/playoff experience, but I dont think he fits, if we have Harden and possibly Dwight. Need a better shooter at the one, unless we're upgrading the four spot with a good shooter.

a little? New Orleans will pick up Rondo right after acquiring Jrue and also having Vasquez on the roster?

Lin has better shooting form but Lin is still a question mark when it comes to shooting under pressure in terms of high intensity playoff ball. What was Lin's averages stat wise in this years playoff when he played? We know what Rondo has done in the playoffs.

Hell yeah to rando he's not the best shooter but the guy is a instant triple double I would do Asik for rondo in a heart beat. Plus unlike Paul the boy knows how to win a ring.

lol what? Rondo was along for the ride. It was his first playoff experience and he was terrible.

Isn't Rondo has a bad attitude? Why do you want to put him into this team where everyone respect their teammates and coaches?

Rondo can't consistently hit the three, so he wouldn't be a good fit alongside Howard, Harden, Parsons, and ???. Plus, if the Celtics made that trade, they wouldn't be bad with Lin, Bradley, Green, Bass and Asik (at least in the east).

Yea- if we want to see him brick/miss more than 75% of his attempts from 3...

Then Harden will be pissed and leave. Come on now. We all saw how the Steve Nash - Kobe pairing in LA worked out.

LeBron/Wade was a special situation. You typically can't have two ball-dominating players on the same team playing next to each other.

So again, we are looking at Lin's performance on a 3 game microcosm where everyone sucked in the first game and he was hurt in the other 2 of them. Gotta love "real" Rocket's fans...

James Harden's playoff history was less than memorable but thank goodness we don't have guys like you in Morey's shoes. Otherwise we would've avoided Harden like the plague.

Rondo still does a way better job of running the offense compared to every other point guard on our team.

You are not comparing apple to apple. The PGs on this team is not even the ball handler. If Rondo come to this team playing our current PG role, I don't think he can do any better than what we have.

Not a great fit, but a great player.

Should definitely pursue if he is available.
