Good pick up but doubtful he'll see much playing time this year. Hope he keeps focused with the Vipers and show us that shooting touch when he gets called up to give Beverley a run for his money. Of our pgs, of course, I'm most anxious to see how Lin will perform next year. It seems as if people will only give him credit if he scores 20+ but I do think and hope he worked on his weaknesses as he has the most potential among all 3 by far.

I like that he's humble too and he has very similar accent / dialect to Vernon Maxwell.

This is a good move because I can see Lin/Harden playing with this guy. Everyone think he's replacing Lin but I think of it as more helping expand small ball that McHale plays since Beverly is basically useless on offense. This guy sounds like a defensive liability against bigger NBA pigs but it doesn't matter in the Rockets system because its not about how many points opp score its how many they can score.

I like the pick, but for reason I thought they might take Rice Jr as the backup to harden and parson. He played for the Vipers and the rockets have all the knowledge about him. God pick anyway.

Looks to be average defensively. Hopefully his scoring will make up for that.

The man can definitely get to the rim. I don't get what you're saying at all.

This excites me too because Jeremy Lin would yield a pretty good deal if I had to guess.

If Canaan is playing against Patrick Beverly every day, he'll learn how to protect the ball. It's his one weakness and Beverly will be ready to show him just how weak he is. Improvement in this area could be huge bc of the Houston staff in place.

I'm shocked at your positivity, but not complaining about it. More more!

Does he change in any way our cap space? Or can we basically just offer him the minimum? Do we still get almost enough space by getting rid if T-Rob?
