Nope. Hinkie just traded Glen Rice, Jr for two more 2nd round picks. He did it right after Morey picked too. So Morey could have picked Glen Rice JR and done that one-for-two 2nd round picks that wouldn't have large cap hits like a 1st round pick.

Unless Morey really loves Caan, it looks like Hinkie beat Morey despite Morey picking one spot before Hinkie.
