    I don't know if I would rule anything out. They say doc really loves Bledsoe. Now that he has final say in roster moves he may think a sign and trade Chris Paul for players or picks of your choice to go with a younger cheaper Bledsoe

    He runs Shamsports.com the site which has been referenced even by the media for years. The contract details he's able to get can only be from a NBA source/s.

    Not sure if anyone should be surprised at this news. Given the way the NBA works, the safe assumption is that almost every single player's name is discussed in some sort of trade talks at some point. 99%+ of the scenarios explored never get anywhere, but they do get talked about.

    Morey, in particular, has never been shy to shop his players. But just because your name is discussed, or even if Morey offered you in a trade, it doesn't mean you are getting traded. Morey does his diligence and explores as many opportunities as he can knowing that you burn through a lot of opportunities to find one actual trade.

    It's really only news if Morey is reported not to be shopping somebody.

    It being a dumb reason is your opinion. Not everyone sees it that way. And there is nothing wrong with not being as high on Lin as his cult following its all just opinion. I'm not even really wanting or pushing for a Lin trade I just believe that cap room with a GM like Morey is more valuable than the upgrade that Lin is over bev. Won't be mad either way.
