I don't know how much of the story was in the video (it didn't load), but the lady cop didn't pull them over.

she was called in by the male officer who claimed to have detected mar1juana coming from the car.

I'm not saying it's right by any means, I was most angered by his reaction blaming the women for having "a daily smoker" after she got mad for the lady cop touching her lady parts.

 

Typical night for this guy.

1) Find a reason to pull someone over - littering. Most likely guilty of this since she is a smoker and smokers are creatures of habit. They either throw their butts out the window or use the ashtray. An ashtray user would have argued.
2) Find a reason to search - smell of illegal substance. This is where he goes rogue IMO. This is a vague debatable reason that is commonly used to freely search a car, person or home. If they find something...see...I did smell it. If they don't find something...oh we'll...

Personally, I think both cops should be suspended without pay as a warning. One more incident like this and they will be looking for a security guard job.

Wow...both the lawsuit and one cop was fired and charged as sex offender.

Probably has to do with she is a lesbian, so they jettisoned her, since she doesn't get the same protection as most cops.

For 180k? Who cares. For a mil I bet 99% of clutch posters would do a man.

Every police man I've actually encountered has been really nice. Never had an incident like this. There seem to be some real thugs in the police force.

 

What the hell, i would let someone cavity search my ******* and put it all over the internet for 180k
