Man the details on CNN are crazy. Sounds like they have a lot of good evidence honestly. Video of the car going to the site where the dude was killed, video of Hernandez and the other three going back to his house, video of Hernandez in his house with a gun a short period after the shooting... (gun can no longer be found) Seems like the guy is cooked.
If his lawyer is worth a damn, he'll get it down to murder 2 and make an argument off a crime of passion somehow. Reports are he was quoted as saying "I can't trust anyone anymore" or something to that affect. That would make him eligible for parole years down the line. Murder 1 is life without parole in Mass.
the way it's describe sounds like a planned cold blooded hit job at his own house, what a moron scumbag if true
Dont you just mix the body in cement and row it out into the ocean or instead of shooting someone ... why don't u just hire a hitman? I'm just saying..
I don't have any experience (that I am willing to mention) but how hard would it be to drive an hour away to some forest and walk a mile or two into the woods and bury a body? He was with two other guys and none of them came up with a better plan than lets drive a mile from Hernandez's house and dump the body where a jogger will see it in the morning.
The chewed gum he left at the scene of the crime next to the bullet casings is huge -- i'm sure they will run DNA tests.
