    Rockets would never do that.

Except it's too late, and their actions don't back up their words. They've had months to fire D'Antoni, and they haven't. Unless that changes, he's not returning.

Speaking of billboards, I just don't get it. Dwight isn't going to base his decision on something trivial like this. Personally, I think it's all about winning finally. He sees Lebron. He wants that.

This reeks of desperation. Dwight is the only way LAL lands Lebron.

If Lebron ever leaves Miami, I see him going back to Cleveland. It would be a bigger story than him originally leaving, where full redemption awaits him.

Besides Meeks staying and Sacre probably staying, Lakers have decided not to bring back Duhon and Ebanks. Morris might return.

Though Meeks did not shoot as well as anticipated last season, shooting just 35.7% from deep last year, he did bring energy off the bench and the Lakers did expect him to bounce back. He's also a close friend of Dwight Howard, and anything to make the Lakers look better to Howard is a positive.

Jodie Meeks being leveraged now by the Lakers. Paging Carl Herrera. Carl, your presence is needed in this thread.

Dwight should come out with billboards that say, "NO." That would be epic.

What a waste of money. As if billboards would sway Dwight at all.

Dwight is also the only chance (If there is one) for Houston to land Lebron.

Hypothetically speaking, if Dwight comes, Harden has an even better season, and Lebron wants out of Miami, Rockets would flirt the idea of offering Harden (etc.) for Lebron in a sign & trade deal in a heartbeat.

But anyway, you're right. If Dwight doesn't stay in L.A then I doubt very seriously Lebron would want to play there.

People keep saying he might want to play for Cleveland again, but I think they would need more talent to support him. He's still going to want to win a championship.
