That's the second witness that you are referring to. She compared who she thought was on the bottom by judging their size using the the photo of a young Martin in the hoodie. Which is exactly why those photos should not have been floated about by the media. What a dumbass witness.
Any scenario is possible at this point with the lack of witnesses. That's why I keep asking about the ballistics. What do they show about the shooting range and the angle of entry... all that CSI stuff. It would seem that this will be huge in supporting or disproving GZ's claims. However, nobody seems publish any info on it... or even speculate about it. I don't know GZ but I tend to believe his story. If he has lied in a substantive way that changes the interaction between the two, I hope he gets what he deserves. Neither of these guys were choirboys. Quite sure that TM has spewed his fair share of lies as well.
What? A lack of DNA under Martin's fingernails? Don't you have to scratch someone to get that there? What forensic evidence is there that Martin was not going for the gun as GZ asserts?

This would have happened to George Zimmerman had he not defended himself with the gun. The bodily injuries to Zimmerman's face and head support his position, as well as the witness accounts. Townsend allegedly started throwing punches, and Williams picked up a piece of wood, breaking it as he used it as a weapon against one of the victims. Don't the photos just show blood centrally located on the back of GZ's head? I'm not sure how blood is going to splatter around GZ's head and land on TM's sweatshirt. You quoted my entire response, so I naturally thought you were addressing everything contained therein. So are you contending that TM did not bash GZ's head? Have you uncovered any of the ballistic reports that deal with proximity and angle of fatal gunshot?
All I'm doing is talking about the evidence from the trial. When the evidence for the gunshot comes in I'm open to talking about that.
Why so surprised? Didn't you know its OK to throw out racial slurs directed at whites? But lawd forgive you if you drop the 'n' word. The fact that hundreds, if not thousands, of people over twitter are still convinced that Zimmerman is completely white and that Martin looked like a 13 year old child at the time of his death astounds me.
Do you find Zimmermans alleged history of violence (dated back when he was 20... 7 years ago) more important than Martins current history of fighting? When has Zimmerman had a history of hyper-vigilance? Pointless 911 calls? Would you rather him attack someone who is following him or call 911 and run home?
