What struck me in court: Lloyd texted sister to ask "you see who I left with?" Later added "NFL." I'm wondering why Lloyd even got into the car with Hernandez and his goons in the first place? If you know someone had an issue with you why would you get into a car with them at 230 in the morning? Not trying to make any excuses for Hernandez but c'mon Lloyd, you know Hernandez well enough to know that he's probably got access to firearms, has a short-temper and isn't the brightest of individuals.
Maybe he thought that whatever problem they had could be worked out right then to calm him down. Remember they were out at the club earlier together so they one or both were probably not in a sober state of mind.
One of my friend just got into football last year. I'm going to try and convince him to draft Hernandez in this year's FF draft (if his name is still there)
Man i would have waited until the next morning when everyone had sobered up or at least called for a couple of other people to come with you to make sure nothing like this went down. Or worst case pack your own gun for protection something.

Same here, but as of right now we don't know what the argument was really about and what else he knew about Hernandez. Lloyd's sister will always carry guilt for letting him leave that night. We'll just have to wait for more facts in this case to come to light.

I wouldn't be surprised if this fool's IQ is around 90-100 max. OJ's is rumored to be 89. I watch a lot of ID (Dateline, etc). WTF was this guy thinking? Did he really think he could get a away with this and just continue playing football like nothing happened? I mean he dumped him so nearby. Was on tape numerous times with the suspect. Texted his sister about it. None of this makes any sense especially the lame motive.
