Rockets have been offered a 1st round pick for Thomas Robinson (UPDATE: So much for "imminent")

Some people here have reading comprehension issues. The Jazz blog post cites ESPN for saying that Utah MIGHT be one of the teams talking to HOU about Robinson. The blogger then speculated that if this is true, then they would likely be talking about the 14th pick in his opinion.

As for Kings supposedly getting "next to nothing," why should anyone care any more than what some Utah yokel thinks of an NBA player than what some idiots here have to say?

Nothing about him looks like Durant. He has been playing against Greek rec league players and his jumper looks like a chest pass to the basket. That said he is big, long, has some handles, and he seems to have decent instincts. He is a total wild card but it would be cool to have him.

I assumed he accidently typed a 3 instead of a 4 since he said we were going back to square one

What do you have against Tekbo? Somebody probably just handed him a basketball one day and said "Here kid. Go play." Imagine what he looks like in 2 years after some real coaching.

Does Kosta Koufos count? He's Greek-American, though.

Rasho Nesterovic comes to mind. He holds dual citizenship (Slovenia and Greece).

You say this like Morey doesn't know Greek sucks at producing NBA players. But who says Morey would keep Giamnis. He might stash him in Europe for awhile and trade his rights to the Kings for nothing.,,,like PPatt

I don't have anything against him. Just because I don't think he is like Durant then that means I have something against him?

Tekbo isn't Greek. He was born in Greece to Nigerian parents. He's a Greek citizen, yes.... The blood lines...all Nigerian. Hence....he's Nigerian.

He was born in Greece, lived his whole life there, but isn't Greek. Not sure if you're being serious.

So, then Stojakovich and Nesterovic are less Greek than Giamnis. Hell, they are nowhere close to Greek -- neither born there, nor through "blood lines." They basically got adult citizen to flee a war-ravaged country.
