Thank god, i was afraid that jvg would be the next clippers coach. I really dislike the clippers, but want jvg to succeed. I would be difficult for me to decide If i want the clippers to win or loose.

Now i can just hope the clippers have a terrible season.

I'd lean on Kwahi but it's because he's a great fit for the Spurs.

It would be really funny if Chris Paul leaves despite Doc's arrival, then that 2015 unprotected pick would look really really good...

If Paul is re-upping with the Clip Joint, I think that improves our chances of getting Howard. I just can't imagine the Lakers doing a deal of this magnitude (Howard for Griffin/Bledsoe) with Sterling and the team that plays in their freakin' building. Just don't see it happening. Someone will have to help me off the floor if it does. The odds are far better that Howard stays, than getting moved to the Clippers. The odds are even better that he decides he wants to have fun playing basketball again, and signs with the Rockets, in my humble opinion.

Great. So what next for the Clips? I say ship out that piece of crap Deandre Jordan for Demarcus Cousins who wants out of Sacramento.

The Lakers don't want to SnT Dwight to the Clippers, but what's the alternative? If there's a choice between a letting Dwight sign elsewhere, like Houston, or accepting the Griffin/Bledsoe deal they'd easily accept the latter.

I really don't see them trading a huge rival a piece to make them a dynasty

It's not the Lakers' choice. They only get to choose if Dwight Howard chose to go to the Clippers over a team that has cap room for an outright signing first.

No they wouldn't. They'll let Howard, Nash, Gasol come off the books, amnesty Artest, re-sign Kobe to a annual salary within the 7-figure range, and rebuild/go after 2014 free agents. Bledsoe, Blake, Gasol and Nash probably gets them to a 1st round easy out at best, perhaps miss the playoffs and lose flexibility at the same time.
