It was only two months ago. Why would the spurs cut someone who is clutch in the playoffs a week before the season endsand then sign someone that won't play? Jackson was cut when Manu was hurt too, so its not like they couldn't use him. They handled him all year then just before the playoffs he is cut. And Duncan, Amy, and jax were all close during his first time in SA. I can see it. Seems to be the norm in that spurs locker room tbh. Parker was getting it on with Brent Barry's wife not too long ago.

I don't quite believe it because Jackson seemed so real in that interview posted about a week back, add that to the fact that he respects Tim Duncan for calling him the "ultimate teammate". Unless he's an absolute lying scumbag it's hard to believe. He certainly doesn't give that vibe.
The "infidelity on teammate's woman" scandal is a long time used trope about describing team breakups and not meeting expectations. It HAS already happened within the Spurs, so its not like its totally out of question. But its one of those rumors-of-choice. It might be "Occam Razor" here, simplest reason is what it is. Yeah, if it was still the seventies...
