You may be right - Lin and Cousins would work well together... a lot of point blank looks at the basket were missed last season. We would see a new Lin (18/10) with a big that can finish strong. I still don't know if Cousins coachable - here is a roll of the dice

    http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=n93j334
    Asik, DMo, Smith & #34
    for
    Cousins & Salmons(bad contract)
(This is nice offer but the Kings could get more from another team)

Milwaukee has its entire bc entering fa except ish smith. Im not an advocate of trading lin or keeping him. I'm in favor of improving the team. That said A sneaky morey like trade i can see and would like is,

    Houston out: Lin/t.rob/ny2nd
    Houston in: ilyasova
Houston outlook: gets a very good sf/pf that fits perfectly in our offense. He is an excellent 3pt shooter and would fit in our small ball perfect next to Parsons. It also frees up enough cap space to sign Dwight to the full max.

Beverly/harden/Parsons/ilyasova/Dwight would be a contender. You can than go search for a cheap pg backup with the room exception or vet min.

    Milwaukee out: ilyasova
    Milwaukee in: Lin/t.rob/ny2nd
Milwaukee outlook: they get a young upside 4 who would solidify they're already young fc, with a rotation of t.rob/Henson/Sanders. They get a solid pg with up upside and great marketing ability. He will pair well with any or all their fa bc players. They also gain a future pick.

I'm pretty glad you aren't Morey as well, it seems you can't even tell the difference between a simple spelling of T-rob from T.J. T-rob/D-mo/Royce was the offer for Mario whos making 4mil. What we offer him after that is negotiable I would suppose. Hes no D-rose or Westbrook but is more consistent and better than lin.

T-rob at the moment is expendable. D-mo and Royce aren't as good as Chalmers who would start at point for us day one.

The Asik and Lin trade to Orlando would give us much needed cap flexibility and a few potential all-stars in Harkless and Tobias still under their rookie contracts. Example=Parsons.

Lin will be traded if star PG is coming to Houston (CP3 for example). No way Beverly will be starter in any near future. He's good, but would stay a bench player in any NBA team. No doubt.

If anyone cares, Laker ground is cheering with the Doc signing. Pretty much banking on Dwight being traded for Blake and Bledsoe.

And most people forget you can mix up line-ups..its not like you running a 5 in 5 out rotation. With 2 legit superstars in Harden and Howard and stars , Parsons and Smith you can easily win with that roster and save money.Remember the NBA is a business FIRST.

If we decide to spend our money this FA even if we don't get dwight, i'd like to see a roster like this

    Lin/Beverley
    Harden/Anderson
    Parsons/Garcia
    J.Smith/Jones
    Asik/Dalembert

Sign Smith, Dalembert and resign Garcia and we would have a pretty good well balanced team.

Since the players are in no way contenders.. I feel that acquiring lamarcus Aldridge is possible.
    2012-2013 salaries

    Omer Asik 8.37
    T Robinson 3.38
    T Jones 1.49
    13.24 mil
    For
    Lamarcus Aldridge 13
    Will Barton 550k
    13.5 mil

I believe adjustments can be made here. Ie swapping Royce dmo with tjones. Which is very flexible for the both teams in deciding to should leave. Although we do take on a 300k cap hit.. The trade could happen one week prior to the season (I.e harden). In this trade, asik is one year younger and blazers receive a young core to pair with Lilliard whoa re on rookie contracts and similar in age.

    Lin 24 /Beverly 24
    Harden 23 /Barton 21
    Parsons 24 / #34
    Aldridge 27 / montijunas 22
    Howard 27 /smith 21

We would be about 2-5 mil over the cap.. Lin could be had or we could pay the LT which I'm sure Les would not pay that pricy expense.

Anyway this would be an ideal team that would be definite contenders in the league

Following my previous post, the same trade could be made to acquire Kevin love

The timberwolves are in a situation where pekovic is like to sign elsewhere. They will decide whether to slide Klove to the center spot and move Derrick Williams into the starting lineup (assuming he progresses). They may also be looking for the best suitable offers and the rockets obviously have the best tradable contracts. I assume Klove would not be traded unless both parsons and asik would be involved in the deal... Anyway lets assume they did not want parsons (he's untouchable in my book..).

    Omer Asik 8.76
    Thomas Robinson 3.4
    Filler tjones
    #34

    For
    Klove 13.7
    Lee 762k

We take on a bit more salary but if you take a look at this lineup...

    Lin 24
    Harden 23
    Parsons 24
    Love 24
    Howard 27

I find it hard for this team not being able to dominate the boards, spreading the floor, and etc. either way.. You can't go wrong with either Aldridge or love. Personally id prefer love because of his ability to rebound and spread te floor to the 3pt line. He is also in the same age group as harden which is a perfect fit. Doing commercials and playing on the USA team together along with photos of their compatibility as well.
