For the most part, this trial will boil down to what Zimmerman testifies since the other participant can't tell his side of the story. And Zimmerman has been proven to not tell the truth to the courts.

The most heinous murderer shows up for his trial with neat hair and a new suit... and the innocent show up looking the same way.

I don't think a jury will convict him of murder, lesser charges maybe, but since that's not an option, he walks.

Are we sure that is not an option? It depends on how the charging instruments were drawn up. Often it would be murder in the second degree and all lesser included offenses. Essentially...anything from manslaughter on up to second degree murder.

Proves nothing other than Zimmerman was losing the fight. It does not prove who escalated it. It does not prove whether Zimmerman's activities were threatening or menacing. It does not prove whether Zimmerman had a reasonable fear for his life so as to justify the use of deadly force. It just proves that he was losing the fight...at best.

I suggest that you watch from the 2:50 to the 4:15 mark on the first video. Keep in mind, Martin has to be proven guilty not proven innocent. The prosecution is going to have to prove the allegations of threatening and meanacing activities by Zimmerman. There has been no evidence to support that fairy tale.

This witness is going to provide strong evidence that the attack warranted the Police being called instead of pulling Martin off him. That along with the injuries Zimerman sustained are going to provide reasonable doubt.

The notion that this provides strong evidence that it warranted the police being called rather than pulling Martin off him is laughable. There are many explanations for why he was calling the police. First and foremost, a lot of people don't want to put themselves physically into a fight, period.

If Zimmerman was actively following Martin such that Martin became aware of the pursuit by an unidentified stranger, that alone can be construed as threatening. Unless you are an expert in human perception and cognition, you aren't qualified to label that as a "fairy tale."
