If I had to guess, I'd go with Atlanta offering our pick back or the bucks offering the 15th pick.

So this is something that won't be announced until draft day if it happens?

The pick has to be 2014+ or we pick a Euro in this year's draft that is currently under contract and we can get over here after the 2013-14 season.

This was never going to be a problem - contrary to what Mr. Herrera may have believed. ;)

You know.. I remember how excited everybody was that we wound up grabbing the #5 pick from this past draft, a 'stud', future star, all of that.

And now people can't wait to get rid of him to save 3.5mil.

Ok, but really, is he just garbage? Not being a comcast customer, I never really got to see him play while he was here.

I just kinda hate the idea of trading the guy away if some other team is going to turn him into a all star..

now IF this means we get DH12, then, ok, you gotta pay to play, but still..

Seems like a pretty big fall from how excited we all were to steal the guy from Sac..

Thomas looked lost out there. He played great on ball d. However he was lost on help D and out of position alot. No offense whatsoever except put backs and alleys

Yes. Only if the player wants to do it. He can't be forced to stay overseas #BeWell

Jazz, 14th, can draft the player for us and trade his rights subsequently on the 1st for TRob when they'll have cap space.

All talk about a Euro stash aside, it could be used as ammo in another deal. I'm assuming it's lottery protected, but we'll see.

I actually think Robinson will blossom into a player similiar to the Davis boys....but bring on Dwight!

I dont think thats the take most have at all.

Its about putting our ducks in a row to land Dwight or Paul. Getting rid of Robinson is simply a necessary step to get there.

IMO, he is not garbage. Not even close. But what he is likely to bring can be replaced.

I think this might be only step 1 for Morey in an attempt to position himself on July 1st for free agency. I'm not 100% convinced he wouldn't flip this pick for 2 future #2s or a future #1 on draft night.

Having future picks will give him even more ammunition to work with during F/A if he is trying to offload contracts (cough Lin cough) in pursuit of 2 max contract stars.

And if it all falls through....he still has 2 future #2's or a future #1 on draft night when the draft is deeper.

I hope for Gobert, the Greek freek, or Nogeria. I haven't seen anything on Karasev but I've seen him rise on boards so I wouldn't be upset with him
