I doubt that he will be as good as he was before if he will come back to play.
    Another point is that:

I'll take Dwight over Bynum as far as durability.

    This.

Yes Dwight has had back issues, but even with an injury as serious as his he STILL was the best center in the game defensively. I don't doubt he was playing himself into shape. When you're rehabilitating injuries (esp back) it cuts out alot of power/weight room excercises that give individuals that physical advantage. I'm not saying he'll ever be back to what he was pre injury, but he's EVEN THEN still better than everyone else.

He's an individual that loves pushing himself physically.

Bynum has trouble pushing a bowling ball into a gutter.

But if you do, then how will you get the inside scoop on how we got this starting lineup that includes:

Not quite as athletic LeBron James
    a better Dirk
    and A Lesser Howard

I'd rather have a piece of giant stone because even though it takes room but it would not take up any cap space.

I am a little concerned about his knee issues, but the guy has been rehabbing for almost a year now. He should be ready to go.

I would do a one yr deal for Bynum if we don't land Howard. If Bynum can return close to what he was two yrs ago would be a hell of a deal. But the deal must be a one yr deal to prove the health issue is behind him

I don't think you realize how truly bad his knees are. He has degenerative knees. He'll never be fully ready to go. Ever.

Not sure if serious but do you know a player by the name of Oden?
    Does that shine a light?
