Heat is definitely beatable. It took a choked FT in game 6 to spare them.

CP3 and Dwight needs to see that taking a paycut and forming superteams is the only way to go. Morey needs to use the Heat as the prime example of what the Rockets can be with the two of them and Harden and Parsons. Hope CP3 and Dwight sees this.

If Dwight is watching this, he will be recruiting CP3 to come join him in Houston.

Unfortunately, he may not be watching.

The heat winning is def gonna help out cause. If they're smart they'll try to be accommodating. It's about sacrifice, if they're willing to do it morey will bend over backwards to get the caps space

Yeah I kind of wanted the Spurs to win over the Heat, don't ask me why. But I'm also glad the Heat won because it SHOULD help CP3 and DH12 to realize what needs to be done if they want to have a dynasty.

Dwight knows there is NO chance for a ring next year with the Lakers. If you're really serious about winning you would run to the Rockets and talk some sense into Paul as well. The best PG SG and C on the same team is the best chance of dethroning Lebron. All this talk about winning being the most important then follow the Heats lead and create the next dynasty.

No, they aren't. LeBron carries the load and pulls them out of the pit. Wade and Bosh just ride the coattails.

Exactly, thank you. They'll coast through the Eastern Finals and crush any Western team that had to fight tooth and nail just to get there.

They were. Only games they lost were the ones they weren't trying.

I've already shut myself down. I can't deal with it either.

    LeBron will certainly stay now.

Finally the finals are done with, and that means in a little over a week the most exciting part of basketball is here. #freeagency #dohashtagsworkonhere

If Dwight was watching the Finals he will find it hard to trust a team that drafted Marcus Morris over Kawhi Leonard and then traded an actually useful stretch 4 to play next to Dwight for Marcus Morris' backup from college.

Chris Bosh and Wade are going to play worse and worse and get paid more and more. The Heat are all too vulnerable.

:rolleyes: Why does everything that you post goes back to your hatred for Robinson? I used to think you were one of the best posters on here Carl and I'm sure you can give a rat's ass about my opinion but you've slowly turning yourself into DD and his penchant for overusing an annoying schtick.

The Heat will not be vulnerable with LeBron playing at the level he is.

Oh, I'm sorry for not sippin' the kool-aid about how we're going to pull a new big 3 out our ass. CP3 isn't leaving the Clippers, and Dwight Howard is a coin-flip at best.

That game sapped the hope right out of me and made me realize this is the LeBron decade, just like the 1990s were Jordan's.

I didn't need it to hear it from him. But the little details were interesting. Plus he provided that opinion well before the national media was on it. He posted it before Dwight's mouthpiece Rudolph started tweeting the interest. Last year no one wanted to hear him tell us that Dwight was going to LA, but he stuck to his guns then. He pointed out that Dwight loves the LA lifestyle and that Fegan really was trying to steer Dwight away. Those are all little more than Dwight is interested in houston. And if its so obvious that everyone wants houston, why doesn't Chris Paul give a damn? No one has even hinted about Chris? So Dwight's I Teresa in houston, while reasonable to us, wasn't a given just like it would be logical for Paul to be interested in us too. Look, he provides facts. He seldom claims 100% that something is of isn't going to happen. If you accept that he's tied to a sports agency or something like that, then you need to accept that there's probably a reason he hasn't been banned - because he has insights. We're not bowing down to him bc he's Nostradamus - we're just appreciating that someone who might have more info than us is willing to share some of what he hears. It's better than not hearing anything. It's ok if you don't appreciate it but let others appreciate it.

In this thread early this morning in think soon after midnight. Jackson has been announced as a consultant and the lakers are now rolling out the red carpet instead of doing the we're the lakers you should come to us. Jackson is now whispering sweet nothing's in Dwight's ears and apparently Dwight is very pleased and the lakers have momentum. He didn't say Dwight was going to LA but he made it clear Dwight was much more appeased.
