These guys would have gone crazy if lebron had missed the same shot as Duncan in those final seconds.
Remember how Jim Paxson, Steve Kerr, and Robert Horry saved the legacies of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant?
Do you know where the term clutch city comes from? What it is actually derived from? Do you understand that by dismissing the idea that he can fully redeem himself with great performances in the last 2 games of the series you are slapping the Rockets in the face as well as the name sake of this website? Hint:
Not only that, but Hakeem (as does every champion) benefited from some big shots thanks to 'another player' it's such a dumb argument, it's like saying Lebron should just go 1 on 5 against the Spurs and win.
lol Lebron is the only player in the NBA that gets bashed when a teammate of his steps up. Anytime it happens he should thank that teammate. Funny that was never said when James Posey was hitting big shots for Wade, when Fisher and Horry hit big shots for LA. Kenny Smith for Houston and so on and so on.
basically if lebron doesn't score every single point for heat while every one else goes 0% lebron doesn't get credit. this forum exposing some of these posters basketball logic.
Ray Allen didn't step up. He did was he was suppose to do. He is the alltime leader in 3 pointers. He made a 3 pointer. So what. It's about time the rest of the heat do what they were signed to do. When Wade showed up they won. It can't just be the lebron show. No team can win with just 1 guy. No Team.
Oh there were some saying he should thank Wade when he finally showed up in the playoffs nevermind the fact that while that was happening Bron had about the same amount of points as Wade while having more rebounds, assist, and playing better Defense.
You do realize Horry did that for Shaq and Kobe. Artest saved Kobe in game 7 vs Boston. Fisher saved Shaq and Kobe with the .4 second shot. Kerr and Paxton SAVED Jordan. Your comment is the dumbest thing I've ever read. Lebron wins, get over it. He's the best and your mad so you're trying to make excuses to justify hating greatness. You're pathetic.
Unfortunately this thread will never die because there will always be haters. I'm not a LeBron James or Heat fan, but I certainly recognize that he is one of the greatest to ever play the game. It is a joy to watch. I wish I was old enough to recognize Dream when he played for the Rockets. I hope to see greatness like that play for my team again.
if that game 7 doesnt put the doubts to rest than literally nothing will...i got on him for those turnovers at the end of game 6 but he played well in OT and most importantly they won...after this game though...those clutch 3s and mid-range jumpers were unreal...you cant take anyone seriously who doesnt think lebron is clutch...his game 7 numbers are just ridiculous
