The new ratings just came out last month... the number next to the name is the score out of 100.

    1. Virgin America, 89

    2. Southwest Airlines, 85

    3. JetBlue Airways, 85

    4. Hawaiian Airlines, 82

    5. Alaska Airlines, 81

    6. Frontier Airlines, 78

    7. Delta Air Lines, 71

    8. US Airways, 66

    9. American Airlines, 66

    10. United Airlines, 63

    11. Spirit Airlines, 50

I personally have had good experiences with Delta (mostly). However, those below Delta...trash airlines IMO...and evidently by their score that isn't just my opinion...

Continental use to grace the top of these kind of lists.

I had no idea Jet Blue was that high up on the list. Anyone have experience with them?

I'm in Minneapolis now which is a huge Delta hub. Delta is trash. Worse than United. I go out of my way to fly United (if Southwest or one of the other small airlines aren't an option). I've yet to have a good experience with Delta here.

There are plenty of rich people here.. poor people too. That's what is great about the community.

The part that is 'poor' is someone who has such a blatant inferiority complex that they have to manifest it by bragging. on a basketball bbs no less. I mean that is about as telling as it gets.

Those that brag the most likely aren't even the top percentile of monetary wealth even on this site alone.. but are in the top percentile of inferiority.

I have been lucky at times blessed if you will, and also have had my share of the 'poors' and ups and downs.

It's all relative. Some of us just carry it better than others. The part that is especially annoying for me is when it's someone that declares themselves rich for overcompensation when they aren't even THAT rich. besides feeling bad for them for not being that rich, I feel bad for them because they wouldnt know refinement, wealth, or class if it came up and slapped them in the face.

A simple "pics or it didn't happen" thread would suffice.

It's not bad if you're United 1K. Still not great though.

it is far easier to hate on an airline than it is to provide facts to substantiate your hatred. as a business traveler, united meets all my needs and does it well. their reward travel program is leaps and bounds above any other domestic airline (southwest being better for certain folks who redeem on cheap flights). my only complaint with the new united is the number of elites, which will definitely be reduced once us airways drops out as a code share / star alliance partner and once the revenue requirements start in 2014. would love to hear some reasons you think your favorite domestic airline is better than united...

I don't think United's award program is better than American's.

In low season (i.e. March), you can fly from Houston to Europe for 40k miles roundtrip on American. On United, it'll cost you 60k miles.

I swore I would never fly delta, as, or united. After the united purchase continental has really gone down.

Just flew on United roundtrip to San Fran and had no issues at all. I would fly with them again no problem.
