Bumping to give this another chance.

Kinda shocked by no reaction. WWII dogfighting for free is pretty damn fun. :)

Plus the video is cool and all in game footage.

I do like WWII dogfighting but haven't played any game like that in a long while. Guess I'll give it a try.

I'm too stuck on Clash of Clans now, before that was tribalwars. I will check it out though, as it looks awesome.

Glad there are some folks interested.

A couple of things. The game is currently in BETA so it is free to download and play! There are also ways you can pay for content to improve planes, pilots, crews, etc but they are not mandatory by any means nor really necessary for that matter. Its completely up to the player.

The game has 3 "modes". Arcade, Historical Battle, and Full Real Battles.

Arcade gets you right into the action with no fanfare. You choose your nation (Germany, Britain, Russia, United States, Japan) and you fly their aircraft for that battle...minimum of 3 planes (slots) but more slots can be earned/purchased. You face off against a variety of aircraft from all nations. There are the fighters (Spitfire, Me 109, Zero, Mustang), attack planes (IL2 Sturmovik, Ju 87 Stuka, Beaufighter) and Medium/Heavy Bombers (B17, B24, Wellington) and even jet fighters (Me 262, Mig 15, F86 Sabre). Of course these planes are available in Historical and Full Real Battles too.

Historical Battles is actual battles that occured during WWII. Examples include Battle of Britain, Midway, Coral Sea, etc. You get the idea. Its a little bit more realistic and very cool. Its not as quick to throw you into action like Arcade does...but is very rewarding in other ways.

Full Real Battles are for the real "propeller heads" out there. Everything acts and responds like its supposed to. No diving in at 600+ KM/hour without having your wings ripped off.

I play almost exclusively Arcade and its a blast. The graphics are pretty amazing as you can see in the videos above.

The BEST thing about this (IMHO) is you don't need a joystick to fly in Arcade or Historical Battles. In fact, it flies easier/better with just keyboard and mouse. I had stayed away from flight simulators in the past for this reason as I never had luck with them and currently don't have a joystick. Good news...you dont need one!

Anyways, hope some of you like it. :p
