TMZ.com reports Aaron Hernandez was recently sued for allegedly shooting a man in the face in February, and the suit will be refiled Wednesday after being temporarily withdrawn due to a paperwork mishap. Things are going downhill quickly for New England's star tight end. It sounds like the February shooting was accidental, but allegedly came in the course of an argument. It's important to note that the entire episode is hearsay since criminal charges were never pursued, but it's an ominous backdrop to Hernandez being one of the subjects of a Massachusetts murder investigation. Hopefully his situation will clarify before the end of the week, and for the better. _____ Well, this escalated quickly.
Damn this is looking grim for him. Supposedly they found evidence that links him as the driver. 4 men including him were in the vehicle, only 3 return to his house. Murdered victim sent text to a friend referencing Hernandez directly. Investigators say he is still "directly tied" to the homicide. I was thinking the same thing. Don't wish anything bad on someone but if he did the crime then whatever. Especially since they lost Welker and Gronkowski is injuring himself left and right.

Never understood why people always brought this up. "Just plug him in at TE or FB!" What makes people think that they can just get a guy who's been playing QB and then make him play another position, expecting results. You can't teach guys a new position and how to block effectively, overnight.

who knows if he committed the murder but the guy looks guilty as heck trying to cover up something... quick overview for folks: 1. A friend of TE Aaron Hernandez found shot execution style 1 mile away from his house 2. Police have questioned him and searched the home multiple times since the story has come out. 3. Aaron's initial link based on a rental car found at the scene of the body. 4. Apparently associations with drugs/mar1juana 5. Security system at his house/camera's conveniently damaged... 6. Apparently he hired a cleaning crew to clean his house on the day of the alleged murder. Lots of speculation and definitely an interesting story that has emerged in the sports world..
