Except DD, at least DD of the past, thought he was always right and he claimed himself superior to everyone else in basketball knowledge because he coached his kid's jr. high team or something like that. Thank goodness he's changed.
This was a huge victory for gamers. The Xbox One must have really been getting crushed in pre-orders for Microsoft to reverse policies so quickly. Although I still am leaning towards getting a PS4 down the road because of the lower price and whole Kinect being on at all times thing...
I like new DD .... I never hated old DD but I see what you are saying about basketball knowledge.... But that was like DD when he was a Sega Genesis...
Not even.... Its just I don't believe anyone who says they are "leaning"..... This is not something that you can lean towards.... Its very dependent on the games you like and seeing as of now that the consoles are pretty much equal or close to being equal I don't buy the "leaning" crap.... Hardcore all time PS people don't lean, its a no brainer....... They know what they love and that's the end of it. People who are "leaning" are just simply still emotionally butt hurt and are reconsidering a relationship again.
I do own a 360 and enjoy playing it, but I have no interest in Kinect and am not willing to pay an extra $100 for it. I'd consider getting an Xbox One if they took that out and sold at the same price as the PS4 but it doesn't seem like Microsoft is ever going to do that....
LOL, this is what's going to happen.... The PS4 and ONE will be released. Upon seeing that Kinect 2 actually serves for a different purpose than that of the last Kinect you will decide that for the sake of familiarity and game tittles its worth spending $100 more..... On top of that there will be great reviews on Kinect 2 so you wont see it as a big deal. I highly doubt you go for the PS4.... But when you do, please take a picture and post in this thread so I can formally apologize for underestimating your will on getting a PS4 and ditching the Xbox One because a highly more advanced Kinect system...
You're funny. I'm leaning PS4 not because I'm 'HARDCORE PS4 SONY GUY ARRGGH!" because I've never bought a Sony station day one. I'm leaning PS4 because I think it will have better exclusives. You're projecting, just because you are going to buy microsoft consoles no matter what doesn't mean everyone else is blindly loyal to a company.
UGH.... You are going to buy an Xbox One too..... This is not for everyone..... I'm just saying what I think personally of those "leaning".... I'm not projecting jack..... I'm just giving my honest opinion and those who will go to a store to compare both consoles I personally feel like they will go for the ONE.... Not saying PS4 sucks..... I am leaning towards getting a PS4 as well after my Xbox ONE... Xbox One for my living room and PS4 for my studio...
And just so you know JayGoogle.... Nobody will look at you any different for buying an Xbox One when its all said and done.... You don't strike me as the type that will go for the PS4 either... I don't know...... RedRedemption for a fact I know will have a PS4 and love it.... I hope he loves it and has great games to play.... You on the other hand....Hmmmm Xbox One sir ...
Nope, not talking about you...I dont even look over to see the names of the posters while Im reading the threads, unless I see something that makes me want to know who said what...so in your case, Ive only read your stuff about the gaming consoles. I dont have anyone particular in mind here, was just noting something I see in plenty of threads. I could have made a new thread about it in the hangout, but thought that I would be insane if I really took it that far. Back on topic... For those that are PS4 buyers at launch, what exclusives do you all look forward to on the PS4? And are there any exclusives on the XBox that may intrigue you at all? Since Im more XBone than anything, I'll list out some of the exclusive games that have been confirmed either at launch, launch window, or beyond. Any on the lists that you guys like? New IPs: Ryse Quantum Break D4 Titanfall Project Spark Sunset Overdrive Below LocoCycle Old IPs: Dead Rising 3 Forza Motorsport 5 Halo Killer Instinct Crimson Dragon Zoo Tycoon Minecraft XBox One Edition Out of the new IPs, I really like Ryse, Quantum Break, D4, and Titanfall. Im intrested in Sunset Overdrive and Below, but most likely will not buy. Project Spark is ambitious, but not really my type of game. LocoCycle, I dont quite get...not my style. Out of the old IPs, Im a fan of the Forza series. Im not much into Halo, but if they can really ramp it up into next gen status, I'll grab a copy. I like Zoo Tycoon, Im sorry. So, I would say that Im on board for at least 6 exclusives at or near launch...on top of the possibilities of Madden, NBA, Fifa, COD, Battlefield, Watch Dogs and The Division. I have no clue how this is all going to go down for me. Lots to choose from and not enough time.
We will see in the future how the Kinect 2 going to turn out. You making it sounds like Kinect 2 is going to be the greatest thing for the next generation of gaming.
Right now the only thing XB1 has over PS4 is the Kinect...which could be huge depending on how Devs use it. I could very well get a XB1 first, I won't buy a system until there is a game I feel I need to buy it for. Destiny and MGS5 are the only games I really want on next gen. I do want that new 2k14 with how it may look...but Sports games are always rushed every year any ways...and more so to meet the launch date of a console so that won't figure into anything. Right now I'm leaning towards PS4, it's much more likely I'll get that because Naughty Dog games and QD...right now there are no XB1 exclusives that strike me, I'm going to have to hear good reviews to really get excited about any of those games. Other than that...man the only games I play are WWE sometimes and NBA 2k...and the rest of the games I play are on PC so I could skip this year without buying a next gen console. Destiny is the game I'm most excited about (and GTAV) and both of these games come out for current gen. The only reason I'd buy Destiny for next-gen is because it is a MMO game despite what Bungie claims and that means the old players will eventually get left behind on the old 360/PS3...they honestly should drop those consoles and focus their attention on PC but that's another topic...
