Do you think it is any better/worse to be a LeBron nut-hugger vs. a LeBron hater? You're no better than me by your own definition. What type of person hates on another player just for the sake of hating.

That's the difference between you and I. I love the NBA, I love all the players in the NBA. I love LeBron, Tmac, Parker, Duncan, Kobe, Paul George, etc.. It would suck to watch a game and root against someone just out of the sake of hate in my own heart. That's how I know you're miserable.

I don't know what the actual series odds are, but I would say it's about even money at this point, just like in 2010 and 2011. Miami will obviously be heavily favored in both games (they are -7 for game 6 as I write this) but winning both is still tough. I fully expect Miami to win game 6 handily given their pattern in this and the last series, and the fact that they are at home and will get favorable officiating. And hopefully this happens so we can get an epic game 7.

You're a miserable person. I love all NBA players. I want to see Tmac get a ring. I want to see Parker, Duncan, and Manu get one more together. I want to see Wade get another one, he's clearly slowing down, he's a hall of famer, I want to see LeBron get one, but he'll get plenty, I want Kobe to get one more. Would love to see CP3 & Dwight team up together with Harden or whomever else and form their big 3. I want Lin to suceed.

I don't hate on other players, I have no hate in my heart, unlike you. You're miserable.

I'm a miserable person? Based on what? You fail to give credit to the other team and say that the heat are unmotivated when they lose. If that's not being a sore loser, I don't know what is.

As far as hating players go, I have no idea what you're talking about.

It is really pathetic. Heroes are made in the Finals. Danny Green is that hero. So was Jason Terry in the Dallas series. Sammy and Jgreen aka SacTown ol' stupid ass should stop being sore losers.

Every NBA analyst as well as other people on this very bbs and in this very thread say the same thing about the Heat. They don't play with heart every game, not intense every game, etc.. Props to the Spurs but you're blind if you think the Heat show up 100% focused and intense each game. Losing a game to the Bulls and letting Nate Robinson punk them should tell you that.

    I actually agree with this.

And LeBron was an all time hero in that game 6 in Boston last year. He had 30 in the first half and looked possessed.

Who's a LeBron hater? Certainly not me. You seem to be unable to comprehend anything that people post here.

While I dislike the Heat and often call them LeBron and the LeBronettes, I have often said that LeBron is by far the best player in the NBA and I do not hate him in the least. I don't particularly like his arrogance (not 2, not 3....) or his flopping, but he at least has the ability to back up the arrogance. Unlike Bosh. Unlike the ring-chasing hangers-on like Battier, Allen, Lewis, etc.

Right... and I can make the same excuse for why the Spurs haven't won consecutive games. So one example of losing to the Bulls when they had a long lay off is your reasoning? I'd like to see where every analyst has said this after every loss the Heat have had in this series. As an objective observer and someone who doesn't care about the result of this series, I think aside from game 1, each team has had an up and down game.

The Heat are 6-6 vs. quality playoff opponents and 8-1 against trash.

You can say they choose to slack off half the time, or you can say that they get beat half the time by anyone who stands up to them with talent and aggressiveness and finds out that, on that particular night, the Heat have no stomach for the battle.

While I agree Heat's immature players did turn on/off switch on occasion, from their hubris. But who's to say Spurs can't turn it on one more game and beat the Heat square?

Ginobli only was on in one game, Gary Neal can turn it on still and be a bigger factor. Tony Parker can still play better. And Duncan just need to turn back the clock for one more game. What if they all do it in the same game?

If everybody on both teams are on, I go with Spurs in such a game, which I hope happens before its over.

You shouldn't be watching sports if you are afraid to invest positive or negative emotions towards certain teams or players. There's nothing wrong with rooting for lebron to lose.

Opening line has Heat by 7. Heat 6-0 in the playoffs after a loss winning by an average of 21 points.

Dallas won the championship in Miami and now San Antonio might win the championship in Miami

And both are beating Miami with ridiculous hot 3pt shooting. That's the key to beating the Heat 4 times out of 7.

I disagree. You watch sports to root for your team or a team you like. Not to root against some random team/player you hate if they aren't even playing a team that you care about. That's the definition of a hater and it doesn't belong in sports.
