McGrady scored in the NBA Finals. He's a HOFer now.

And the ones who have a reputation for saying stupid stuff, they become targets. Reporters keep poking them with a stick until something interesting comes out.

T-Mac going head to head with LeBron, Wade, and Bosh in the 4th quarter of an NBA Finals game. Just like he envisioned.

T-Mac is apparently playing the Lebron role in Spurs practices.

Would've probably been more effective to have him out on the court tonight than Ginobili. SMDH.

Well duh. Problem is this question's so lame and frankly a bit insulting. What was he supposed to say, no? This is on the same level as that ******* who asked WB if hr thought Harden was worth the max.

I am... and it would be real funny if we can send him to annoy MerGady. Or maybe if we can get tinman a press pass somehow, he'd be more than happy to do that.

I knew you would say something like this.

Guys, when McGrady makes his first bucket (it'll happen), tinman's going to have an aneurysm.

In the garbage minutes tmac has played, he has moved extremely well and looked very confident. would be interesting to see him play a bigger role now that he is back in shape. could he be a younger grant hill on someones teams?

    hahaha

the question was why is Pop not subbing in McGrady cause Manu is having difficulties?

the answer is already there. Now the McGrady fans question Pop, who's decision making of who to put on the floor is probably one of the best in NBA history.

Now McGrady fans are McGrady fans again.

Put in Tmac! he score 13 in 33! Put in Tmac!

We want Tmac! TOFs all over the world!

    1. I couldn't possibly care any less about TMAC(negatively-like you, or positively)
    2. Yes that player. No I didn't say he HAS been better than Ginobili in the playoffs(granted he hasn't scored a single point in his garbage minutes, as you've mentioned), BUT my point was that TMAC, shiiit, even Patty Mills would have been more effective last night than Ginobili. Plus, even if they weren't effective, I'd be willing to say that they wouldn't have affected their team on the court as negatively as Manu did yesterday.

Whether TMAC plays or not, could not care. My point was more about Manu's play.

Back to regular scheduled TMAC hate(Tinman) vs TMAC lovefest(the others)

The reason Manu is on the floor is because he's now the Robert Horry of the team.

He can go Clutch at anytime, remember the Golden State series.

    And also McGrady is slow.

Yeah man, I do know/realize that, but he is a trick or treat type of player,(at this point in his career especially). There comes a point in every game where I think most Spurs fans(and hopefully Pop) realize whether "Good" Manu or "Bad" Manu showed up for the game. Yesterday was definitely "Bad" Manu.

Meh, I like Manu but feel a relatively slow TMAC or anyone else off the Spurs bench wouldn't have done much worse in the 2nd half.

Oh well, on to the next game. I doubt the Spurs will get any more blowout wins so no TMac on the court, you'll be happy. :)

I think everybody will be happy if there's no Tmac, that means it's not a blowout.

I salute you being a fan of the Houston Rockets. I am no TOF by any stretch of the imagination.

But why is it you can't get over the McGrady era? He's really flawed, we all know that, he coasted, had potential, threw it away. Blah. Blah. He gave up. Blah. Blah. Players of the past have done this(Hakeem, LeBron, Kobe, etc., etc.) Half the time he fails to think before he speaks. Blah. Blah, you can go on and on.

It honestly just seems like you are stuck in the past. People do this with music, tv shows, sports it's a common behavior being stuck in time with ones teens/early adult life. Either you glorify the 90's rockets OR you berate Tracy McGrady.

Reality is he was part of Rockets history, and it was sweet and it was bitter. Why can't you accept it?

That answer is too mainstream for TMac
