How? He's giving his third and 4th for jvus second and 6th. Hardly an upgrade imo

 

i think it's 3-4 for 2-5 but you are right, i thought bloomer's 3rd is late. he only moves up a couple spots

 

but then their 4 and 5 are close as well.

hard to say who really wins that. probably bloomer on paper. but could go either way.
