When Vince was on the Raptors he left his mark as one of the best dunkers on the team and was full of entertainment when he would do his dunks during games. So do you think Rudy Gay will leave his mark in Toronto like Vince did or he'll won't leave anything?

Vince Carter is still responsible for the Raptors ONLY playoff series WIN in their history.

Rudy Gay would have to advance them in the playoffs 2 times or have a deep playoff run, like this past year's Grizzlies ironically, to be in that kind of discussion.

Anything can happen in the crappy East conference. But until Rudy Gay brings a Mark Gasol and Zach Randolph with him to Toronto or new GM Ujuri weaves some magic, doesnt seem likely

*I'll add you said leaving his mark in TORONTO. Meaning their own FAN reception. Rudy Gay will never get the NATIONAL recognition*

OR the fact that Vince Carter was a legit top 10 player for several years while Rudy Gay is barely above average and is not even the best player on his team.

VC was a better player and put Toronto on the map briefly. Gay won't do that, but unless all goes wrong, he'll probably surpass VC as the guy with all the Raptors' records.

Do agree :) Was trying to help him out some, though its fun seeing the unanimous one sided voting and dont want to mess that up.

The title says "as MEMORABLE as".
His actual question says "leave A MARK on Toronto".
1 is fame and prestige. The other is just impact in the Toronto circle.

NO he will NOT be as MEMORABLE as "Air Canada" and his dunking legacy. Very few players will
He MAYBE can leave a "mark" in Toronto with TEAM success. Though that looks unlikely. He'll probably not pass Chris Bosh either.
