I don't know, every time I go to San Antonio I personally think the culture is fake. Most Hispanics there (in my experience) don't know a lick of Spanish, and are extremely Americanized. I like to call them coconuts.

 

The best part about that video is its size.

 

That doesn't surprise me but they are still Mexican even if they are a few generations removed.

 

Lulz! I hate all kids equally, they annoy the hell out of me in general, they're not cute, they just don't bring anything to the table for me in life. Thus I don't care. I also don't like racist Tweeters. Thus I don't care. I've also been against the National Anthem being performed at sporting events (what they hell is the point). Thus I don't care.

Saw this kid on AGT last year, came off as a huge douche. Hes like one of those kids who doesn't act like a kid and tries to act like an adult. I wanted to kick his face in because I felt like my head would explode everytime he opened his mouth. Don't have a problem with his singing or singing the anthem though.

Ignorance is a powerful state of mind! It makes you see
only what you want to see and is easily transferable.

This young man not only has an amazing talent but also
has big enough cajones to sing in front of millions of people
and yet the simple minded can only see the outfit he's wearing.

He sang the National Anthem with grace and dignity which is
more than a lot of other people who have sung it. It doesn't
matter if your black/white/brown/yellow/green or orange as
long as you respect the Anthem and sing it gracefully!

It's sad that racism will outlive ALL of us! Dr. Kings message
was inspirational but unfortunately not feasible....

Part of the downside to all this instant communication of today is that loudmouth idiots are heard by more people more often than before. It's not practical or worth the energy to recognize and/or address each one. The fact that there is no debate speaks more loudly than these people and their dispositions.

 

And if we created a thread every time somebody on twitter makes a comment about a minority on American TV, we would have a ****load of ****ing threads lol

 

I think the reason there's no real debate is because most people don't think racist twitter posts/YouTube comments are really worth debating (unless you're Swoly-D).
