Who's saying anything about ripping him? And if you watched the game, when they had the presentation with Rick Carlile, you'd know what I'm talking about. Its cool, if he's saying he's a great up and coming coach. But a future all time great, when also mentioning Pop? Get out of here with that. Talent is what its carrying Spo.

And you have to be a Heat fan between this post and the other of hating on LBJ. And I picked the Heat to win btw. I hate the Spurs.

    1. No i didnt watch that presentation for Carlisle...
    2. JVG or any other former coach isnt going to say negative things about another coach on a staff...that is my point...its an unspoken code...
    3. I picked the SPurs to win in 6...look at my post history
    4. Im a fan of the game, and what Lebron has done over his career has been remarkable...but i never denied the fact that Lebron hasnt had MJ like numbers...But did you ever give credit to the Spurs for playing tremendous defense??
    5. At the beginning of the series, I have clearly mentioned that the Miami collection is a group of scrappy, young talented players playing against a ubber efficient San Antonio team...

That's all you got? At least, Dirk isn't embarrasing himself in the NBA Finals? You know for the third straight year? Bwhahahaa. Bc missing the playoffs while making 21 M is much less embarassing.

    Weak-sauce.

After last night, I'd have to say Spurs in 5 if TP is healthy, but he clearly isn't. Moot point.

LeBron needs to step it up big time and if he doesn't, the Spurs might have a slim chance even without TP.

    Understood.

I do feel that people are putting too much weight into one game. Miami was up 30 in game 2 and I still didn't think they could win more than 1 in SA.

they both have 1 ring and your "MVP" is averaging under 18 pts in the finals...must be getting flashbacks from Dirk raping him. LeRole player

    Thoughts on game 3:

    On Miami
    1. Miami supporting cast is consistent of one Mike Miller, and thats it...
    2. Miami's inability to make shots both at the rim and from the outside, has completely destroyed their confidence...if that is possible??
    3. Miami Big three was supposed to carry this team...but the issue is that Bosh is really the only one effective, bc he is a mid range shooting PF...The inability have a true post presence, has relegated Lebron to play from the perimeter and play from the post...Miami's biggest weakness now is just glaring...against a terrific team defending Spurs
    4. Spo was right about his team...they all stink

    On the Spurs:
    1. Coach Pop hit lighting in a bottle with his bench/supporting cast...to have Gary Neal, Danny Green, and Leonard go off like that was just remarkable...
    2. The Spurs offense responded after the beat down...but this was clear, the Spurs were as a team, pissed off that they were just beaten down...and they responded in a huge way...
    3. TP is a legit concern, and the Spurs will have issues without Tony
    4. The Spurs Big three is also struggling just like Miami...25 points from them is just not gonna cut it later on in this series...
    5. The Spurs Team defense...gosh when they play like this...I really dont know who can beat them
    6. Kawhi Leonard...scary how active this kid is playing against someone so physically imposing like Lebron...

Game 4 is going to be huge for both teams...Miami should come out fighting and play like their season is on the line...bc if they lose game 4...they might as well expect to lose game 5...For the Spurs, they have to still look to be in attack mode and just keep fighting...The team that doesnt keep turning it off and on has a better chance of getting into a rhythm and more likely to win...

the most impressive part is leading scorers are averaging below 17 per game. what is a lowest PPG for a leading player in the history of final series? anybody knows?

Maybe JVG is a Spurs hater? Seriously, JVG ALWAYS praises coaches. I have never heard him criticize any coach no matter how bad the coach is.

the Heat WILL win game 4. They really don't have a choice. It's a do or die thing and I predict their role players (Bosh/Wade) will step up.

The Heat haven't lost back to back games in over 5 months and won the game proceeding the loss by an average of 20 points.

First of all, I bleed Rockets red. My MVP is James Harden.

Secondly, I'll be around if the Heat lose. I wouldn't lose any sleep if they were to do so. The main question is will you be if and when the Heat win this series. I remember your dissapearing act after last season.

Lebron vs the spurs in the finals

    1 win, 6 losses

    19.7 points on 34% shooting

For someone with an insanely high FG% during the regular season its pretty obvious that I was right about him cherry picking his shots.

Has a supposed all-time great ever been so easy to neutralize in the Finals? Rooting for Miami and it's not looking good.

Its amazing how the Lebron fanboys are even bigger cockroaches than Kobe fanboys now.

I was thinking the same thing, especially when JVG was discussing the new ref rotations for these Finals.
