Hey - My Dad lives in Calgary Canada and I'm a little late to expect anything I send in the mail to get to him in time for Fathers Day. I was thinking a $25 - $50 gift card at a restaurant there that could be emailed might be the ticket. It's important that the gift certificate is something that can be emailed like a gift card. In my initial google search I'm having trouble finding something that meets my needs. Some of the restaurants do not accept international credit cards and others have to be purchased at the location, while others don't really send the gift card out in email.

I suppose it need not be one for a restaurant, perhaps a store there... Anyone have any suggestions for me? I would really like to get this done and stop worrying about it

Thanks for the great suggestions, gentlemen. Cowboy_Bebop, I had noticed the River Cafe in my search. It looks pretty awesome and has quite a bit of acclaim. I'm afraid a $50 gift card might only get an appetizer. Have you been there? Any Idea on the entree prices or if you have to reserve in advance? We are kind of simple folk, but have been known to appreciate the occasional splurge.

Sorry I haven't been there. Use to live in Edmonton 20 yrs ago and been to Calgary a couple of times. Yeah I noticed that it's quite expensive.

YOu can try looking at this one. http://letsgivr.com/
