Q: How do you know when your girlfriend is too fat? A: When she no longer fits into your wife's clothes.
The good thing is that everyone's taste is different, and therefore everyone should find a match. I am fortunate enough that I fit the taste profiles of many attractive women, but, to give an example, I seem to have noticed that Asian and Latin girls are even more attracted to me on average than the average white or black girl. Who knows why, but it doesn't really matter. As long as they all want me and it stays that way .
My wife and I dated in the late 70s for about a month. She was a little thick, but I truly enjoyed her company. Smart, vibrant, self-aware and cute as a button (the complete opposite of me). Something went wrong so I left the lyrics to “Don’t think Twice” by Bob Dylan stuck to her door and hit the road. In 2004 she found me (via my uncle’s obit). We talked over the phone for the first six months (she in Denton, me in San Antonio) and shared headshots. I could tell she had gained weight but conversation and connection was just too strong to ignore. When we finally met for our first face-to-face visit/date, I was too in love with the girl I had spoken to over the phone to ever worry about her increased weight. We married in 06 and I’ve never been happier in my life. It truly is a blessing when you find that “right” person…and you know in your heart that looks played no part.

Definitely. It just troubles me when I see girls like the one I posted earlier called 'Fat' or like the Kate Upton thread some time back some guys were saying she was becoming fat...and that's not fat at all. It's such a harsh word to use when describing those women. I mean a girl has a extra 2 pounds on her butt so she's now a fatty, that just such an exaggeration. The sad part is there are many people who think Kate Upton is 'Fat' and that's troubling. The girl I posted is what I'd call thick (probably weighs more than Kate) but personally I just wouldn't call them 'fat' women.
There's certain things that are permanent, like bone structure and height. Heck, beauty to some extent is all genetics. BUT body weight is one of those things that most people CAN improve about themselves regardless of circumstance- IF they are smart. You can literally exercise 30 min a day and be fit. So to me, anyone (Male or female) who is obese is either A: really ****ing lazy/irresponsible or B: lacks the education. And if you're over, say, 25 yrs old, you definitely should have been educated about personal fitness and health...And if you're still a ******, it's 99% chance that you just don't care about your own body. Loving relationship or not, people really must invest more in their physical health. Just my two cents
ha. i sort of have the opposite effect. being asian, i would think asian girls would be likely more attracted to me. it's actually black women. maybe it's just that black women are more overt about it.
