The only Xbox exclusives I've bought were Halo (didn't buy Halo 4) and Fable. Fable was meh. Oh the first Gears of Wars too. Also I forgot all about Journey and 'Thatgamecompany' games. PS4/Sony wins on exclusives to me. Microsoft has Left 4 Dead, Gears, and Maybe Halo...I'd miss those games...kind of. But with a game like Destiny coming out...a game created by the company that made me love Halo in the first place? I doubt I'd miss Halo too much. Left 4 Dead is a PC game...Gears of Wars is just alright for me. It's a must buy if you're into it, but it's not a must experience game like the Uncharted series and supposedly Last Of Us is pretty amazing. At least that's how I'm thinking of it. I always enjoyed Forza, but I never get into racing games too much any ways...and I'm into Gran Turismo as well.. People are going to complain about the Spy Box, but that won't stop it from selling a zillion units. Sadly, the public has little willpower when it comes to boycotts, which only emboldens corporate greed. I won't be buying a Spy Box, but I'm not the intended target, young people are, people in their twenties and thirties, and I don't think these issues will keep them from buying one. It would be great if MS took a bath on this, but not even the red ring of death fiasco is going to keep the average drooling lamer gamer from standing in line all night to get their fix.
Why that design thou? Like why?..... I felt like the PS3 was not ugly at all. More attractive looking that the 360 even... I was expecting more from Ps4 here....
God, you're right. That flew right by me, but I loved Journey, Flower, and fl0w, and those were indeed Sony-exclusive.
Its not about being rich.... its not like $400 is cheap for a ps4.... Poor people will not be getting either consoles.
Yeah, Sony seemed to focus on indie games a bit more this time too. Xbox has some indie exclusives...but they are usually games you can get on PC too like super meat boy or minecraft
Kindgom Hearts 3 ~drool~ Let me Re-Edit this Kingdom Hearts 3with Disneys new acquisitions of Marvel Entertainment, Pixar, Studio Ghibli, and Lucasfilm thrown into the mix... I cannot wait to see which worlds make the cut to the game now ~drooooolllll~ All the Cool XBox games I want seem like they will have a PC Port so PS4 ALL THE WAY FOR ME!!
Where would dreamfall fall under? If that was a PS4 exclusive I would actually start caring about it ...
BTW, some hard numbers (via vgchartz.com): Hardware sales: Wii: 99.88 million PS3: 77.58 million 360: 77.48 million Software sales: Wii: 888.41 million 360: 793.29 million PS3: 708.96 million Keep in mind that the PS3 came out a year later than the 360, so on a yearly sales basis, the PS3 wins on hardware sales and the games are a wash. Either way it's very close. FWIW on Halo: Halo 1: 6.43 million Halo 2: 8.49 million Halo 3: 11.77 million Halo 3 ODST: 6.16 million Halo Reach: 9.43 million Halo 4: 8.31 million Purely based on sales, looks like it's doing fine to me. The funny thing to remember is this: Hardware sales: PS2: 157.68 million XBox: 24.65 million Software sales: PS2: 1,661.95 million Xbox: 271.46 million :grin: Actually, the PS2 remains by far the most successful console ever. It's sold more than twice as many games (1.662 billion) as any system other than the PS1 (962 million) and the Wii (888 million). Not that anything like this will happen again. But I really wouldn't be surprised if Sony took back the overall lead this gen. If you let the ps4 stand on the side it looks pretty nice. A throwback to the ps2. Somebody from Microsoft needs to be fired immediately. They dropped the ball big time, who honestly would think DRM in a console was a good idea.

Xbox showed more interesting games like Titanfall and that create-your-world game. PS4 won on price and no DRM which means I'm getting one.
