The dunkin donuts employee looks indian and her name is needy (sp?). Calling her a sand ****** and terrorist and blaming her for 911 is too much ignorance for me. She needs to look no further than her race.

Down here in Miami the customer service is actually horrible. Some ****ing ******* waiter at a local sports bar who is actually the floor manager now was hitting on my friends girlfriend all night. ****ty service too so we left him a ****ty tip & he starts bad mouthing us as we leave. Apparently that warrants a promotion. This girl a grade A b**** though.
It's a sports bar, eventually you will run into bad service every now and then but this is a donut shop. Like Mitch Hedberg said, we don't need ink and paper into this.
At the end of the day, she's going far in life. At the very least she won't be relegated to drone pushing paper in an office. Amanda demonstrated strong awareness of her situation, an ability to communicate and lead, critical thinking skills, entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of social media. Yes her tone was a bit harsh, but sometimes we have bad hair days in life. But the passion was there. Hernando stood there behind the counter taking it BDSM style with no ability to improvise. That's probably what he'll be doing 10 years from now. I'd put him on the assembly line in my factory and give the girl a management job. Kudos to Amanda.
