No gameplay, but OK for a reveal. Better than CG since it represents what the engine can do (and what gameplay would look like).
The problem with in-engine is that textures, anti-aliasing and fps are always beefed up. It's useless.
what if Nintendo comes out tomorrow with like Pokemon Staduim 3, Super Smash Bros 4, Golden Eye 2, Legend of Zelda??? #NintendoComeback.
In-engine reveal for Uncharted 1: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/cz5lgcIIV5c" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> (well, guess it had some more gameplay, but same premise)
FF15 (formerly FF versus) because they announced it back in 2006, and it still isn't real. I refuse to believe. No more tears from me.
About what? In-engine reveals? I don't really like it when gamers pass it off as pointless for any game. Huge difference between it and CG.
That would be a better showing than what Sony has given us. Provided those games look amazing and unique.
It's better than cgi but it's still pretty pointless. It's not an accurate portrayal of the game. It's the video version of bullshots.
