Turrible, just turrible. I thought the Heat overall played well other than their late-game execution which failed them. But San Antonio played a near flawless game imo as evidenced by only having 4 turnovers. So much for my rust angle. Both teams missed a lot of makeable, open shots though. Now the Spurs are playing with house money and game 2 is for all intents and purposes a must win for Miami.

People may look at the triple-double and think that LBJ played well, but he was too passive imo. He needs to attack before the double-team arrives and let the defense react as they're now in scramble mode. He was just waiting for the other defenders to arrive when he was in the post and would react instead of dictating the play. Also, if a double-team is coming, dribble away from it and then pass or shoot. This is something Kobe Bryant is excellent at doing. There's no way anybody on SA, including Leonard, can guard LeBron so he needs to impose his will on the game offensively.

I also thought the stretch where Battier was in the game was crucial. Heat could've stretched their lead, but Battier came in running around like a chicken with his head cut off jacking up shot after shot and bricking all of them. Somebody else should have been in the game...either Miller or Allen. This allowed SA to close the gap culminating in Duncan's buzzer beater before the half, which gave them the momentum.

I haven't been as sharp as I was earlier during the post-season, which means it's time for me to take a break for one or two games. I still have one futures bet that will be determined by the outcome of this series so I will have a stake in every game regardless. Congrats to those who had San Antonio.

I didnt watch the game, but this shocked me. I saw the score going into the 4th and miami was up 3.

So the majority bet on miami covering tonight? Interesting. With at least 4-6 games left in this series they will most likely bet again and lose.

Agree... seems like they are setting a super trap line here. Miami coming off a loss has been nutso. Also, if Miami loses, it's pretty much over, and I don't think the NBA wants that.

I hate these dumb ass stast. I'm gonna assume that no matter who the ref is, LeBron has a super winning record. Crawford was terrible in a Heat game last series against Indiana, and now you clowns are gonna come out with this crap. GTFO.

why do you assume lebron as a super winning record? are you kidding me? did you factor in his playoff failure earlier in his career, stop being a noob and start citing the actual facts. Also the fact that Crawford was bad in the last series has nothing to do with this series. Crawford hates Duncan, plus the fact that Lebron is now 24-3 with Crawford in the playoff is why I suggested pound on the Heat today. YOU GTFO NOOB
