    somewhere, in an alternate universe not so far from this one, robmarley is complaining that President Abama is wasting taxpayer funds by commemorating Z-day, what with the plane visit to France and everything.

    Ow hard would it be to step out in the Rose garden for 10 minutes and give a small prepared speech about D-Day? He wouldn't even have to write the speech. Meanwhile 500 WWII vets die each day while the POTUS ignores their sacrifice on a day he decides to go campaigning.

    BTW, the snopes article has nothing to do with Obama ignoring D-Day this year.

    In the past 68 years. Only 4 presidents have attended D-Day memorial services. Obama is one of them.

    This has nothing to do with what Obama did in the past.

    What did he do this year?

    He was campaigning and couldn't find 5-10 minutes during the day to make even a statement.

    Christians no longer sin?

    My disapproving of certain ideologies and actions does not equate hate.

    I don't like what he is doing and am willing to openly disagree with it.

    Please feel free to continue to do your best to deny what is happening.

    I don't hate you for it and believe you all have every right to disagree with me, but I also have the right the disagree and I plan to excercize it.
