    Is there a way to check if a potential logo is similar to an already existing registered/copyrighted logo? We're going to use a lawyer, but I was curious to see if there was another way to unofficially check in the meantime

    Make a JPG, GIF, or PNG out of the logo... go to images.google.com and upload it to see if Google Images finds one that looks "similar." Decide for yourself.
    The judgment will come down to the word "how" similar it is. :cool: A judge will determine that.

    I was surprised to see the Philadelphia Eagles logo on a tshirt around town rescently and was shocked when I found out it was a local highschools logo. Same colors and everything lol
