Has there ever been 6 different Astros homer in the same game though? 6 in a game is impressive, 6 different guys all homering is crazy
Blackley has been unimpressive in his short time with the Astros. Glad the Astros scored all those extra runs.
Regardless of my stance on him, I like seeing him pitch in these "no pressure" situations. I know we don't have the best pen on the year (as of late, they have been great), but Ambriz getting to work with a big lead is something I like to see.
Coming in with the bases loaded, tying run on deck, facing the heart of the order with 1 out is not a "no pressure" situation.
Well... they tied the record for most homers in a single home game. They've done it twice; the last time it happened was on August 16, 2000, when they hit 6 against in an 11-10 win over the Pirates. 6 different Astros homered that night: Lance Berkman, Tim Bogar, Jeff Bagwell, Julio Lugo, Chris Truby, and Moises Alou. They hit 7 at Wrigley Field on September 9 that year in a 14-4 win. Berkman, Bogar, and Richard Hidalgo all homered twice and Daryle Ward hit one of his own.
Apparently, they can. According to them, "regional coverage" in Austin means Tigers vs Rays. I'm working from home and was excited to watch the game and go straight into the draft. But no. F*** you, Bud Selig.
