cute btw, If I didn't know better about how awesome it probably is to destroy a wall in HD, I'd be predicting a Maginot Line breech of the wall -- just walk on the ice and go around it ..... you stupid White Walkers. As for actress roles of the show...I think it's outstanding. How many great shows have strong actress roles -- Sopronas (No) Breaking Bad (no) Shield and The Wire (maybe) Dexter (not really) Man Men (yes) Suits (yes) Homeland (if you like her) Walking Dead (I'd say Yes, except all female roles are really females regressing into men out of necessity) and then the champions of strong Female Roles Firefly (off the charts) Game of Thrones (off the charts).
Pretty much, the seasons last for years at a time and vary in length. http://gameofthrones.wikia.com/wiki/Westeros
Just had a thought: I think maybe three kids can take down a dragon. Two boy wargs and a sprite archer with a chip on her shoulder in hiding wanting to fight for her families rights. Or, she just meets up with her brother on the Wall and kills a bunch of dead people in Daryl fashion.
Game of Thrones pales in comparison to Breaking Bad. 90% of the episodes are pure money. GoT sets things up like the Wire, slowly and subtley with the payoff coming at the end. Breaking Bad always has something different thrown at the audience plus there's an even bigger payoff at the end of the season. There are probably one or two other shows that give me that same feeling. Some seasons of Dexter fit that bill.
Re: Shireen Baratheon's face They haven't discussed any thing about why Shireen's face is like that on the show yet, so technically I would consider it a spoiler, even if it is just back ground info because there is no way you could know that just watching the show. I presume they will explain it at some point for TV viewers who don't read wikis.
I gotcha, I'll make sure to spoiler stuff like in the future but I'll reference what the spoiler is about, i.e. not book related or massive plot details, just minor background. I've been watching those lore videos and epic histories from Comic Girl 19, all that background stuff is really good.
Nah, just don't answer our questions. JUST GO POST IN THE OTHER THREAD. In this thread, we are NOT looking for answers by Book Readers...do you get it. You understand y'all have so much knowledge you don't really remember what the show has said or not vs the books. morpheus133 just proved once again that you book readers have no idea what a spoiler is and what isn't. We don't want your answers....get it. We are looking for what other innocent, clean and Unsullied viewers think...that's why we asked the questions and the answers we want are naive. Can you all JUST GO AWAY...and SHUT UP. You have two other threads. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS AGAIN. Let us Unsullied ask questions and ponder upon what we think will happen....just like Breaking Bad and Walking Dead threads get it.
if you have only watched the show please do not go back to the old thread ****tards have truly ****ed up the thread
i have read the books, after season season 1 and for the first two season i think the discussions were somewhat tamed, although they did have their moments, but it's really ridiculous now as far as what happened from last episode i am interested to see how ser joran mormont takes to dario nahaeris, 2 episodes left and there are a lot of angles in play
Yep, I was pretty stupid to open that thread this week. Should have just put my comments here, instead. sigh.
Lord of Light! Come to us in our darkness. We offer you these spoilered posts. Take them and cast your light upon us. For the other thread is dark and full of terrors.
Holy **** man, the Starks so far have been textbook of how not to play the game. Always keep your word with your allies Don't behead your ally's leader Don't act like you're better than everyone else when you're playing the same game. The only reason I can think they've survived so far is because Ned had a Robert Boratheon to draw all the fire and do the dirty work. Rob had no such ally nor did he pursue one. And poor Ned...came out of obligation for a friend only to have his friend die of natural causes and him holding the bag....or was it the bag holding him? I like to root for the good guys, so this week left a bad taste. Kinda makes up for the last 6 or 7 episodes of suck and slow exposition that I haven't been paying much to.
