Nothing personal, but don't be a jackass. I go to the movies, and I go to sporting events. That's my thing, that's what I do. I had already seen every movie I wanted to see, my friend hadn't seen FF6 yet, we all wanted to try the D-Box seating at a new theater, and so what if I saw FF6 twice?
I think you know my thoughts already. I also hate dorky, fat, nerdy, acne-face gamers who get all excited with these comic book movies. I mean half the ones I've come across have difficult time breathing. It's very distracting even if I'm two or three rows back.
I'm just saying you should have known what you were getting in to, why you mad though? Just because you watch vin diesel sequels repeatedly doesn't mean you gotta get all aggro. Well, maybe it does. I don't know. Oh wait, you go to sporting events, too? Hey man, that's your thing. Now I get it. Speakin' of, did anyone hear all the whiney kids during original screenings of the "The Pacifier?" Unbelievable.
not only kids, but toddlers. inevitably, some parents think its a good idea to bring their grumpy 12 month old to a loud theater at 11 pm.
The part of Houston I am from has a black people theater and a white people theater (not by law obviously). These groups just prefer watching movies differently.
I think it's dumbasses in general. Doesn't matter skin color. Never had a problem though going either in the morning or to Alamo/Studio Movie Grill/Star Cinema. I just can't understand why you would go to a movie, then proceed to talk on your phone, make conversation with your neighbor and just, in general, be an obnoxious fool. Plenty of other places to do that.

I only go to Studio Movie Grill to watch movies. I've never had an issue and I've seen probably 20-30 movies there...or maybe the beer numbs out everyone else except the flick I'm watching, who knows.
The worst is people who seem to think any pause or silence in a film is a cue to laugh (they probably get them from ****ty comedies and sitcoms). Really kills the drama of a scene when everyone's laughing.
I remember watching a matinee showing of Shrek 2 at AMC 30. It was just me and my gf in the whole theater. Pretty awesome. You should try watching movies in 3rd world countries. If you think black people are bad, it gets worse there because EVERYONE talks, uses cell phone, talks on the phone, and brings their babbling/crying little pieces of schittz to the movies. Watching Iron Man 3 was horrible because they thought "hey it's a super hero movie! I'll bring my idiot 4 year old who has no idea who iron man is!" Half of the movie goers brought their kids. It also doesn't matter if you go to a midnight showing, matinee, weekday, weekend, IMAX.... they're all the same.
Yeah man I brought my son to see his first movie. The crudes I think. Anyways there were two guys that were alone watching a cartoon in the middle of the day. Weird in my book.
I tried to have her give me teh faps with her vagina, yes. Did not work out that way. Apparently some dude from the projector room was watching us and he came down and sat right behind us.
This. I avoid the the theaters in the more urban part of Houston. And usually go to matinees with nephews/nieces if it's age appropriate. I'll drive to the Alamo Mason/Riveroaks depending on whats showing. But I will say this, Django Unchained was fun watching with people of color. It gave the experience a whole new dimension. And predictable ****ty horror movies can be fun too, as poc will usually shout out what everyone in the cinema is thinking.
Give you the faps? Huh? The projector guy probably just wanted to be closer to the action..should have kept on going
