    Good for him. Seeing a psych has helped many players. Better than ignoring any issues and having the same problems.

    I believe we will see a different Howard in the positive, if he signs with Houston.

    As everyone else has said, yes. Mental health professionals are there to help folks get through mental problems or perceived mental problems, regardless of what they are. Kudos to Howard for seeking help and openly discussing it.

    Howard, stays away Kobe and LA, then you have less chance to see psychiatrist. You are not that good, and can not handle pressure in LA. Right now, the Houston rockets should be the prefect team for you. If you do like to see psychiatrist, Houston has the largest medical center in the world, you may have more chance to see a good one.

    Free throws are all about mechanics and muscle memory. You go out and have a routine every time and complete that routine every time with as good mechanics as possible.

    Hell you're routine is so important sometimes that you even find yourself slapping ghost hands just to go thru the same rituals you've practiced all your life. See below:

    He has been able to get on airplanes with no problem, so I'm ok with a little nuttiness from Howard. He may be physically hampered now though.
