None of your assumptions are correct.

I guess you don't think D12HOUSTON is Dwight Howard.

But you're right about one thing, this getting ridiculous and I've lost my curiosity too.

Kobe says he wants to final conversation with Dwight before he makes his decision:

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...-final-word-in-dwight-howards-free-agent-tour

Here's how it will probably go:

Kobe: So what's it gonna be man? You in for another run?

Dwight: Man, I saw so many things out there. Houston is sort of cool...James Harden is there and everyone in the media says it's the best fit for me. Then there's Dallas where Mark Cuban told me he's gonna buy me an island if I go there. I don't know what to do.

Kobe: Are you kidding me? Houston? Dallas? I thought you were going to check out the Knicks or something?

Dwight: Nah man. They don't have enough cap space to give me a max deal.

Kobe: So you're telling me you're gonna consider going to play in Houston or Dallas where to half the fans will be rooting for the Lakers rather than play in front of Kanye, Jay-Z, Denzel, Jack at Staples Center...are you f'n kidding me?

Dwight: Cmon Kobe, it's what Bleacher Report said I should do. I gotta make the right decision this time.

Kobe: I don't know what to say...if you want any more of my advice on how to win rings, I suggest to call Mitch up immediately and apologize for the entire summer. Then beg him to get a contract written up for max that you probably don't even deserve.

Dwight: Man...you got a point. I don't know what to do...I better call my agent again.

Fegan: Hey Dwight...did you talk to Kobe?

Dwight: Yeah man. He had a lot of wisdom to bestow on me. I'm more confused than ever.

Fegan: Let me help you out...I got the max deal all drawn up. Why don't I send it to you for signature and we can put all of this behind us.

Dwight: Will the press get off my back finally?

Fegan: Yeah, this will make everything go away.

Dwight: Ok. Did Disney call back yet?

What would be hilarious is if Kobe come's out of Dwight's place thinking "Man we got him back! I'm such a stud" and then he see's Harden's car Rolling up the alley (strippers?).

This is exactly why he should flip. Kobe has this arrogant stigma about him. It's always about what he wants.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kobe trashes Dwight if and when he bounces.

Fortunately, it's not about what Kobe wants. Not what his agent wants. Not what his homies want. It's what Dwight Howard wants and he finally has the flexibility to do so.

So if we do get Dwight, will Houston get its own ESPN "city" page like Boston, Chicago, Dallas, LA, and New York?

Honestly if Fair Dinkum had come along 10 years later, I would have figured one of DDz kids had finally gone full Rocket fan.

It feels good. I never did use it until the 2012/2013ers arrived. I've simply had enough of Fair Dinkum spamming every damn thread with his repetitive submissions and I've given up. I can handle super fans, but dude is unreadable.

Alright guys, time to get back on topic. Miami going to the finals has got to help our chances. 3 straight finals appearances. Dwight has to see why it's so important to join up with another superstar that he can play with for years. I can't see him wasting 1 year for sure, with no assurances that it will get any better after that.

I thought I was joking when I replied to DH12 as if he were Duh-wight. I want that on the record! :)

Ah, Fair Dinkum, what hath ye wrought, you're becoming the Dane Cook of BBS posters; not entirely justified, but it's happening.

Well the main way it helps us is that it lessens the chances that Lebron would want to leave there when he becomes a free agent again. A Miami championship pokes holes in LA's Lebron argument.

I agree, although I consider that a secondary bonus, not the main way it helps us.
