Even with in Cleveland Lebron had a better supporting cast than Mcgrady ever had. Plus, Leastern conference. Lebron won the finals with a stacked team. Mcgrady's career is pretty much in its twilight, so I don't see how that's relevant.
the nba's been around for quite awhile, there's no pity or exception rule for your favorite player. he couldn't lead a team to anything. but he sure can ride a team like the spurs like they were horses on a stampede. Lebron could lead a team, he's a significantly better leader.
