If the Rockets give out a major contract that puts them near or over the cap... Flip White for the Dunking Ninja, Jan Vesely. It'll be a salary dump for the Wiz. Both are 1 yr guaranteed. The Rockets can see what Vesely has up close up until the trade deadline. If they like him, keep him. If they don't, his larger contract packaged with a minimum contract is enough to deal for players like Chuck Hayes, C.Lee, or Jason Terry. They could even deal him for players with unguaranteed money in 2014-15. Trade chips useful for over the cap teams.
