Miami will beat SA in the final. Bosh will have a big series + they know how to trap TP. Indiana, nope. I'm rooting for Indiana in game 7, I think we all are, but it's not going to happen. Miami just needs 1 other guy to step up.
Indiana vs. San Antonio or Miami vs. San Antonio? Stern's gonna pull out all the stops for this Game 7. Refs...er...Heat win Game 7. But, as I said before, it would be funny if the Pacers won though.
Word. Pacers vs Spurs would easily be the least watched finals in NBA history. Basically, any finals with the Spurs are bottom 5.
Actually had to look up the Finals ratings to verify this, but it's true, lol. Spurs market shares are at the bottom, except for 1999 when they played the Knicks.
I don't get why people think the Spurs would dominate the Pacers. Then again those same folks probably claimed Miami would dominate the Pacers
I think I'm going to cry if I find out Joey Crawford will be reffing Game 7. Not really, but still, please Stern, we don't want Joey!

not only that, it will be short, whereas indiana is built to beat miami, san antonio is built to beat teams just like indiana, 2 big excellent interior defenders who are also excellent at blocking help defense, athletic 3 point shooting wings and stars who live at the mid range.
road team has won 20% of all game sevens, hasn't been done since Jazz beat Rockets in 2007 (painful memory)
Why did Hibbert say "no homo", it probably came after mother****ers and he figured he would be fined anyway or something. I love how the Pacers can hang with the Heat and probably should've already advanced, but no way they're winning game 7. And if I were Vogel or a key player and I noticed some fishy calls early on and some blatant favouring of the Heat, I would seriously challenge the referee and then make sure a brawl follows. No way that game is going to finish if I were a Pacer and they call some bs.
Same scenario happened last year with the bos/miami match up, heading to a game 7. I expect Miami to win, but rooting for the underdog is always fun.
it was probably just a natural slip. he likely uses it with his friends. he won the game, got relaxed and his mind wondered off. the "MFkers" looked premeditated, the "no homo" didn't.
If Indiana were to advance past Miami (I give them about a 40% chance to do so), then I think Popovich would employ a similar defensive strategy against Indiana that he used against Memphis. I.E. contain the bigs (Hibbert, West) and make their shaky inconsistent backcourt players beat them, which won't happen. Of course, there's Paul George but he won't be enough. I doubt it'll be a sweep, but SA would take care of the Pacers in 5 or 6.
