METRO North Light Rail Expansion Completing This Year

Your dad needs to hold onto his properties. This rail will is going to raise the property value up and it's going to be a hot area. Do a search in the zip code area for homes and properties for sale in the 77009 and 77022. You will see what I'm talking about.

 

He sold them to buy another property along the rail closer to downtown. He is trying to buy the original Doneraki's, currently out of business, on Fulton as well. I co-manage the dance hall next door for him and we could use the parking. If he could acquire it then we would be the only place serving alcohol in that area. There is a school in the area but we are grandfathered in. I doubt he gets it though.

Also 77022 is prob going to take over a decade to be gentrified but that land is really cheap. They redid Northline Mall in preparation so I agree that area will change as well.
