This gives the Spurs time to plan for both Indiana and Miami. Plus, the relaxation factor, regardless of how minute it may be, will definitely help with stress. At least it isn't like a bowl game, where there's like a month between your last game and your final game(s).
Incredible, only 2 out of 180 picked a sweep. The 2 votes probaly did it as a funny pick. To see the Grizzlies flame out like that is a lot more disappointing than our run this season.
The Spurs are the best representative for the West this year. Even healthy, I don't think any other team in the West this year would have given the Heat (who are probably going to win their series) the best series. I feel Spurs have a great chance against the Heat.
Spurs ability to answer every run was amazing. Time and again Memphis fought and fought to get the lead down to 3-4. EVERY SINGLE TIME the Spurs knocked down a shot. Jalen brought up a fantastic point. Parker getting benched for George Hill back in the 2010 playoffs.
I said Spurs in 7... and looking back, I wonder why in the world I wasn't more aggressive. As we all know, this is a league of stars. The Spurs had not one, but the the two best individual players in this series. Ballgame.
I agree. He can't play like last year. He better learn how to play PG at an NBA level. Decision making has to get better.
I wonder how long before the statistician from the cable sports company gets fired again for putting together this flawed team that only got to WCF because their opponents in the first two rounds had injured all-stars. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/tejRwkkgAlE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I just remember all that talk in the GARM that Lin was like Parker. Sorry, watching the game there's nothing similar at all. Didn't mean to get the locust flying again.
Parker is playing at a very, very high level. He is absolutely on fire. If he keeps it going into the Finals, he might be the difference. I can't imagine a PG playing any better.
It's pathetic how he allowed the swarming defense to get in his head. Before this series, I would have predicted a July snowstorm in Houston before Matt Bonner and Boris Diaw could successfully negate Z-Bo.
