I don't disagree, and this is more of a reason why I don't know why D12 would want to come...but as good as D12 is at PnRs...he has openly stated many times that he hates running them lol. Weird, I know, esp. since he'd have a LOT of PnRs here. Maybe we'd tailor our system a bit and do more post game in-out for Dwight and run fewer PnRs...

I think we know who "people" are in this instance.

Don't worry about it. No one on here is Les Alexander or Daryl Morey. It's just talk.

It is as regards things around Dwight Howard. I was impressed with Rudolph's ability to cut through some of the stuff around the Dwightmare. He did a pretty good job, I thought, of working through who was saying what and why they were saying it. He understands the PR and media game well.

Well I guess it`s more that people think, Lin is a bad fit to play alongside Harden, since both need the ball in their hands to be effective. With Howard, the ball could be even less in the hands of Lin. And Lin would need to change his game into that of a spot up shooter with the occasional drive.

But I agree, he would be a great fit alongside Howard. He is smart and a hard worker, he will make it work.

If Team Dwight thinks the Lakers are trying to leak things to the press in order to turn the public on Dwight to try to make him stay in LA, why would he want to come back?

I like where Houston is at in this matter right now. Does seem we would have to clear some cap space to secure Dwight, though. I'm sure Morey is on that as we speak.

Yep, your first part is wrong and your last sentence is correct. I've been following the Dwightmare 2.0 very closely. Dwight actually likes PNRs and is the best big man at it. He didn't like MDA's system because it was all PNRs. MDA does not believe in post play ZERO NADA. Dwight's angry because he's been practicing post moves with Hakeem and feels that's the next part of his game he wants to improve but was unable to in LA. He thinks he might have a chance to play the post with a system devised by McHale. Of course there will still be PNRs. But maybe Dwight will get 5-6 more touches in the post than in LA.

It depends on where the cap is set. We are about $3.5m short if the cap is reinstated at its current level (58.5). If it is raised we will need to free up less.
Thomas Robinson's salary is $3.5m DING DING DING.

According to Bill Ingram of Hoopsworld.com, multiple sources have said that the Houston Rockets have become the favorites to land Dwight Howard. Ingram tweeted that “Dallas, Lakers and Hawks [are] all distant seconds.”

    I definitely like that line.

    Is Bill Ingram credible?

    or

is he like Chris Broussard "MULTIPLE SOURCES" hahaha

This would be my guess as well, in terms of who may be first to go.

IMO Howard is convinced (at least right now) that Houston in the answer to his problems.

I believe that will be the event that sets up Chris Paul demanding a Sign and Trade to go to Houston.

Howard and Paul both have to win and soon. They have already fallen off the map when talking about the leagues 3-4 best players. They know that Miami is a superpower that must be matched.

Chris Paul/James Harden/Chandler Parsons/DMO/Howard will be the starting lineup next year IMO.

Robinson for a future pick that uses protection to lock it in between 13-20.

We just have to hope that a bus(s) doesn't hit James Harden in the next month.
