Whiny b**** bag from Linkin Park new STP frontman

It's funny because Weiland is also touring with a band playing STP songs.

The hate is strong with them.

 

The worst part is Lincoln Park face and STP music made new music together.

Can't it just stop!?

 

How does Lincoln Park still have any fans?

Are the new generation just as tasteless as my generation?

 

I hate to be a judgemental prick, but can you imagine the type of person that is really excited about this news? I mean that is reality. There's a guy out there right now that is really ****ing pumped to see this lineup live and can't wait to have his mind blown. There's undoubtedly a few of these guys on this very message board, so I'm really hoping they come into this thread. We need to figure out what makes this kind of guy tick.

 

So we can destroy them before they unleash terror on this world.

 

What I find humorous is that the remaining 3 got together and 'fired' Weiland -- the founding member.

Bassists and drummers don't get a vote in these situations.

 

It's like imadrummer fired Clutch.

 

Hell yeah. This is like The Beatles and The Rolling Stones combining. It's a game changer.

 

Linkin Park/Creed/Nickelback and Ashley Simpson are my most listened to on my walkman.

At least one person in this thread who is bashing Lincoln Park actually owns one of their CDs.

That's how it always goes. If you don't love music enough to find your own tastes, you'll spend a great deal of time feeling embarrassed when one of your favorite bands suddenly becomes uncool.

Why'd they do that? I actually imagine a record with this jabroni at the helm will sell more than one with Weiland though. Weiland should stick to writing open letters about Notre Dame football and the Linkin Park guy should go back to the Northbrook High School Battle of the Bands contest.

I feel the same exact way, I don't understand how anyone can like their new music. It's the most generic BS I have ever heard. Even though Hybrid Theory is overplayed and annoys me, its still really good and I like to think that the band then is different than the crap they have now. I think Linkin Park hit that wall in 03'
